THE COUNTDOWN IS ON…TEN DAYS UNTIL COUNTRY THUNDER ARIZONA!

Florence, AZ  - As the 2016 edition of Country Thunder Arizona gets ready to roll into Florence, the excitement for what will be the best Thunder ever continues to build!

Headliners such as Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Jake Owen, and Kip Moore are as primed and ready as the rowdy fans in the Arizona heat. Also preparing to take the stage are blazing up-and-comers such as Mo Pitney and Brad Morgan who will be featured in the Jack Daniel's Courtyard and are sure to keep the party sizzling.

Bringing the biggest and best acts that country music has to offer is only part of what makes the true CT experience come alive for fans from far and wide. Brand new attractions at Country Thunder Arizona for 2016 include Cirque Thunder, a stunning daily sideshow, featuring aerialists and an escape artist right there in the giant Electric Thunder tent, the Rockstar Motocross Experience, and a Speed Ride! Returning for another great year is the fan favorite, the Sling Shot, as well as a large variety of food court vendors and dozens of retail vendors.

Also under the big top, red-hot DJ KO will host the Electric Thunder themed parties every night starting right after the last act on the main stage. Get your themed gear prepared for the fun weekend for the following themes – THURSDAY - Party in the USA, FRIDAY - Welcome to the Jungle, SATURDAY - Bright & Tight Neon Night, SUNDAY - Winter Snow Globe Whiteout!

In addition to all the incredible sights and sounds in Florence from April 7-10, do yourself a favor and check out the BLM Wild Horses. They can be seen in the pens directly north of the main stage, entertaining and educational clinics will be offered free of charge. Clinics can be viewed all weekend long and Cowboy Church, hosted on Sunday, will be conducted by Randy Helm.

Campers may begin setting up as early as Wednesday, April 6 at 9am, and front gate times to access parking and campgrounds will be 9am- 10pm throughout the weekend. Festival bowl hours are 2pm-2am on Thursday and 1pm-2am Friday thru Sunday.
